What:         Kick off the New Year right...  What better aerobics than dancing....

Learn how to dance or improve your dance skills to a variety of music including Country, Oldies, Latin,

and more.  Dance steps taught include Cha Cha, Two Step, Night Club, Rumba, Mambo, and Waltz.

Who:        Two left feet? Not a problem!  Lynn uses progressive training concepts with repetition to help you

learn and understand basic dance step patterns and terminology.   Anyone can do it.

Why:           It’s Fun… You can do this individually or with your special someone.  It’s also an opportunity to socialize

and meet others.   From a fitness perspective, dancing is good exercise involving all the muscle groups of

the body; it reduces stress, improves memory retention and can help you lose weight
